Once we receive your order and payment, it can take up to 5 business days to process it. Your items usually arrive to your door within 7 business days once shipped.
We will email you to confirm that we received you order. We will also notify you as soon as your order is out for delivery. You will be able to track your shipment all the way to your door by clicking on the link contained in the email.
We want you to relax and enjoy your Liquid wear. If you are not happy with the items you purchased, you can always return them in accordance with the policy below:
You have 10 days following the reception of your order to return the items and after this 10 days period the sale is final.
The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging (polybag), and with the price tags still attached. You also nee to include your PO number and your name in the returned package
An order cannot be cancelled once we have sent you the shipping confirmation by email.

We recommend to use a shipment with tracking number as we're not responsible for any lost return package.
We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received in our office it will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds on returned merchandise that complies with the return policy listed above will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault (if we shipped you the incorrect merchandise or size for exemple).
If you wish to exchange items for a different size or color, you must return the items in accordance with the return policy and place a new order.
For returns, you can call our customer service during opening hours at +1.514.858.6876. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00 ; Montreal time.
In case you return items that does not comply with this policy, you will not be refunded and our customer service will contact you by email. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will reship you the items at no cost. Please note: we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
