Return Policy

You have 10 days following the reception of your order to return the item(s) for a refund. After the 10-day period, your purchase becomes FINAL SALE.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, color, or size, you will need to place a new order.  

Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Packaging (polybag) and tags must still be attached to the item(s).

 

Return Procedure

Note: Please note that returns are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for incorrectly shipped, damaged, or lost packages.

 

Steps:

 

  1. Please email info@whiteland.com your Order number and Item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Then use the box your item was shipped to you in or find an appropriately sized box/ packaging for your return.
  3. Print 1 copy of your order and put it inside the box.
  4. Indicate on the same paper the letter below corresponding to the reason for return.
  1. Fits Too Big
  2. Fits Too Small
  3. Don’t like Fit of Style
  4. Don’t like Color
  5. Other pls specify: __________

3-Tape up your box well and indicate on the outside of the box (and waybill) the below:

We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business working days (Montreal- Eastern time).

 

Refunds on returned merchandise that complies with the return policy listed above will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

If the item(s) for return do not comply with our return policy, you will not be refunded. Instead, our customer service will contact you by email. If we do not receive a response within 5 business working days, we will reship you the items one time at no extra cost to the shipping address on file from this order.

 

Note: We are not responsible for returned items, lost, or damaged packages in transit back to us.
